Front Office Assistant
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and the general public either in person, via phone, or email. Provide accurate information and assistance promptly
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or delivery. Handle courier services as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff, such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents. Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as assigned.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our group and partner companies.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and documentation compliance.
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative works assigned by superior as and when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in international business/supply chain management is a plus.
- Must have valid driver's license and own transport.
- Required language: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with China stakeholder and clients.
- Able to travel oversea or outstation for attend training purposes (only if required by superior).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
